Terms of Service

1. The service
Nashrova, operated by Weavotech, lets you connect an Instagram professional account and publish image posts to it that you have prepared and reviewed. By connecting an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and authority
You must have an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account, and you must be authorised to publish on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping access to that Instagram account secure.
3. Your content
You are responsible for every image and caption you publish through Nashrova. You confirm that you own it or have the right to publish it, and that it complies with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and with applicable law. We do not review your content before publishing it.
4. Publishing happens only when you choose
Nashrova publishes a post only when you press “Publish to Instagram” on that post. Instagram decides whether to accept it; it may refuse a post, limit the number of posts published through its API (currently 100 per 24 hours per account), or change its rules. We cannot guarantee that any post will be accepted or remain available.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Nashrova to publish spam, to publish to accounts you are not authorised to manage, to attempt to access other users’ data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Nashrova available but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The service depends on Instagram’s platform, which we do not control.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for content you publish, or for actions taken by Instagram or Meta.
8. Ending use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your account in the dashboard, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the dashboard before they apply.
